Thank you to everyone that purchased bricks to help fund the observation deck. The Friends group and park personnel would like to thank everyone from the University of Tennessee College of Architecture and Design and College of Arts and Sciences for their commitment to this project.        Please come out Sunday, October 26th for the Dedication ceremony and grand opening of the Bill Catron Observation Deck.  We look forward to seeing you there.
